This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the basic amenities provided, such as tea, coffee, and toiletries, were a thoughtful touch that added convenience to my stay. Additionally, the AC worked perfectly and the strong wifi connection was a definite bonus. Lastly, the location on a main street offered easy access to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a lovely park to wander through.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, as it was close to the airport. It was easy to get to and from the airport, either by walking or taking a quick and affordable grab taxi. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient.
there were some minor issues such as the TV picture being scrambled and noise from other guests in the corridor.

The hotel staff were great too help me when my Grab driver got lost on the way to the airport. Their assistance ensured that I made it on time for my flight.
